Timescales

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days (excluding personalised items - please check product page for timescales on each individual product).  In the event that we cannot meet these timescales we will notify you as soon as possible.

During busy periods such as Christmas (or extraordinary times) it may take us longer to dispatch.  Please keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates.

Orders containing multiple items - some products including personalised gifts may be dispatched from multiple locations therefore timescales may differ and parcels may arrive separately.

Missed Deliveries

If no one at home when delivery attempted, a card should be left explaining why delivery couldn’t be made and showing you how to collect delivery or arrange re-delivery. 

A card may also be left to let you know if your parcel has been left with a neighbour or in your designated safe place. 

Should you fail to collect your order or rearrange delivery and your order is subsequently returned to us we will email you with the following options:

1.  You may collect from our Silverburn or Braehead kiosk

2.  We can process a full refund excluding the original postage and packaging costs

3.  We can arrange to send out a replacement however you will be liable to pay the additional postage costs

Out of Stock Items

We strive to ensure stock levels on our website are accurate however, should any of your items be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible confirming an estimated delivery date.  Should this be unsuitable you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. 

Terms and Conditions

Delivery timescales are an estimate only.  Should we experience any delays dispatching your items we will notify you as soon as possible.

At times, Royal Mail or our chosen couriers may experience delays that are out with our control.  Should delays occur we will keep you notified.  We cannot be held liable for any financial loss as a result of late deliveries.
