Where are you based?
We’re a family-run gift business based in Glasgow, with kiosks in both Braehead and Silverburn shopping centres.
Do you have a physical shop?
Yes! You can visit us in person at our Glasgow kiosks, where you’ll find even more gifts, keepsakes and cards.

Do you support small businesses?
Yes. We work with a mix of small family-run suppliers and established brands, many based in Scotland.
Do you offer loyalty rewards or discounts?
Yes, we regularly run offers and exclusive discounts. You can also save 10% on your first online order by signing up to our emails. If you shop with us in-store, we also have loyalty cards where you can collect stamps with your purchases.
Can you help me choose a gift?
Of course. If you’re stuck, send us a message and we’ll happily suggest ideas based on the occasion or recipient.

What kind of products do you sell?
Our niche range of quirky and sentimental keepsake gifts and little mindings include sentimental quotes to show your love, motivational and inspirational quotes to encourage or congratulate as well as the funnier, cheeky gifts just to make someone smile.
Do you sell personalised gifts?
We do! We have a growing range of personalised gifts including mugs, plaques, keepsakes and jewellery.
Are your products suitable for special occasions?
Definitely. We have gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, new babies, memorials, teacher gifts and lots more.
Do you sell Scottish-themed gifts?
Yes, Scottish gifts are one of our most-loved collections, including cards, jewellery and keepsakes.
Are all products available online?
Not always. Our kiosks sometimes have exclusive pieces and limited stock that may not appear online.
Do you restock popular items?
We try our best to restock favourites whenever possible, especially bestselling collections.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely. Many of our customers send gifts straight to loved ones, and pricing information is never included in parcels.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrap is available on many products to make gifting even easier.
Can I add a personalised message?
Yes, you can include a gift note with your order so your recipient knows who it’s from.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (personalised may take longer)
Do you offer click & collect?
Yes, selected orders can be collected from our kiosks. Collection details will be confirmed after ordering.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and we’ll sort it for you.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll help with returns or exchanges where eligible.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Once parcels leave us they are in the hands of the courier, but we’ll always do our best to help track things down for you.
