- Noah can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions
- Our Loyalty Cards are only valid for purchases made at our kiosks in Silverburn and Braehead Shopping Centres
- Our Loyalty Cards are for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited. Noah reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage
- Noah reserves the right to decline Loyalty Cards if we have reason to believe they have been completed fraudulently.
