1. Our Loyalty Card Scheme is operated by Noah Home and Gifts Ltd. Registered in Scotland: company no. SC499499. 
2. Noah can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions 
3. Our Loyalty Cards are only valid for purchases made at our kiosks in Silverburn and Braehead Shopping Centres
4. Our Loyalty Cards are for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited. Noah reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage
5. Noah reserves the right to decline Loyalty Cards if we have reason to believe they have been completed fraudulently.
