Returns
Please note that our returns policy excludes personalised products and earrings
We hope you love your products and take great care to ensure your parcels are well presented and packaged, however should you wish to return your items we will offer a full refund or exchange as long as you notify us within 28 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Incorrect or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong items please notify us by email (returns@noahhomeandgifts.com) as soon as possible and we will forward instructions for returning and replacing items.
Please notify us by email should your order not arrive within 2 weeks of date of order.
Failure to report incorrect goods or missing goods within 2 weeks will invalidated your right to any refund or replacement.
Damages
Should any item arrive damaged or faulty we will be refund the full cost and delivery charges, including those incurred by you in returning the items to us. Please follow the returns process below.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of damaged goods.
Should you change you mind
Should you change your mind we will refund or replace items returned to us in a resalable condition, within 28 days of receiving your order. . Delivery charges will not be refunded. Please follow the returns process below.
Returns Process
Email us - returns@noahomeandgifts.com outlining reasons for return. We will issue you with a Returns Code along with further instructions.
Once you have a returns code, item should be returned to Returns Dept. – Noah Home and Gifts Limited, Silverburn Shopping Centre, Barrhead Road, Glasgow, G53 6AG
We recommend that you use a method of delivery that requires a signature when returning items to us as proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
A refund will be made by original payment method and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of returned items.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
