Coronavirus Information

We understand that this is a time of uncertainty for everyone with many people experiencing a great deal of stress and anxiety.

We are continuously monitoring and following the latest advice from the Government and working hard to ensure we are doing the right thing for our team, our customers, our suppliers and of course our business.

This means our kiosks in Silverburn and Braehead are currently closed with our team on furlough leave during the period of closure, however we are taking online orders.  Delivery timescales may be longer than normal to allow us to follow social distancing guidelines.

Social distancing

We are confident that we are following strict guidelines with only one team member working.  Visits to warehouse to package and post orders will be restricted to once a week initially.  Many of our items can be posted in post box which reduces contact with couriers and Post Office staff.

Customer safety

There is no current evidence to show that the Coronavirus can be spread via products, however we are maintaining high levels of hygiene at all times in line with Government advice.

All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail with many items small enough to be posted through a letterbox.  Royal Mail have made a series of adjustments to procedures and opening hours to keep their staff and customers safe.

Delivery timescales

We are restricting warehouse visits to once a week at the moment.  This means that orders will be dispatched within 5 working days at the latest.  We do have a selection of stock at home so in most cases orders will be dispatched quicker.  Please do not hesitate to contact us by email ( or Facebook Messenger should you wish to check stock levels/timescales.

***Please note: Royal Mail and all main couriers are currently experiencing  shipment delays due to COVID19 pandemic. We are continuing to ship all orders on time, however in some localities Royal Mail and other couriers are up to 7 days behind.  Please take this into account should your parcels not arrive when expected.
